Masterworks relies on our Volunteers in order to continue sharing our music with the community. From ticket sales, ushers, and handing out programs to publicity, graphic design, and the Board of Directors, we have volunteer positions for every level of commitment and experience. Volunteer Positions

Social Media Coordinator
Work with our General Manager to promote the activities of Masterworks through our various social media activities including Facebook and Twitter.
Time commitment: Ongoing, about an hour a week.

Front of House Concert Volunteers
Volunteer at concerts handing out programs, ushering, working at the ticket table, selling water and CDs etc.
Time Commitment: 3-4 hours on concert dates.
Great for high school student hours!

Publicity Coordinator
Manage and maintain our press list, write press releases, pitch stories to increase exposure of Masterworks and our activities.
Time Commitment: Event based, about 20 hours per season (over 9 months)

Graphic Designer
Design our posters, rack cards and/or programmes to help promote our concerts.
Time Commitment: Posters and rack cards based on one design per concert. Programmes may be done by additional volunteers. Not necessary to take on all of the design jobs as a volunteer.

Board of Directors
Assist with strategic planning, financial planning, fundraising and more.
Time Commitment: Four meetings a year, 3 hours each.
